Air Force Reservist retires after 40 years of service

Lt. Col. Charles "Chuck" Thibault retired from the Air Force after more than 40 years of service. Thibault, an Air Force Reservist, was a pilot in the 756th Air Refueling Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Md., and he was also the squadron's Director of Operations, and Chief of Standards and Evaluations. Lt. Col. Thibault's retirement ceremony was held Aug. 2, 2025, at the 459th Air Refueling Wing at Joint Base Andrews, Md. The 756th ARS Commander, Lt. Col. Frank Gilliard IV, was the presiding official. Thibault officially brought his career to a close with his "fini flight" on Aug. 4, 2025. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Alexcia Givens)
