Lt Col Renee Swift assumed command of the 459th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, March 24th, 2024, at Joint Base Andrews, Md. Swift will oversee management of key aerospace medicine, occupational health programs for over 12k Reservist in the National Capitol Region in addition to providing direct medical support for the 459th Air Refueling Wing with surveillance, mitigation of hazards, and flight safety promotion, ensuring maximum wartime readiness by operating a system to maintain the health and morale of all members.
