459th MSG Commander Participates in Security Forces Training

The 459th Mission Support Group Commander, Col. Vianesa Vargas, recently participated in a rite of passage for new MSG commanders with security forces under their command. She suited up in padded gear to face off against one of Joint Base Andrews' finest Military Working Dogs, 'Boss', on Nov. 15, 2023. Boss got to treat the colonel as a suspect and he apprehended her successfully on each encounter. This was an opportunity to familiarize herself with the type of training that is essential to the development and success of security forces Airmen and the JBA Working Dogs.
