Chief Master Sgt Joseph Davis retires from Air Force
Over the August 2023 UTA (drill) weekend, Chief Master Sgt. Joseph Davis, the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 459th Mission Support Group, retired after completing nearly 30 years of military service. Chief Davis began his career in 1994 as an active-duty security policeman at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif., and he joined the Air Force Reserve here in the 459th Security Forces Squadron in 2007. Now, Chief Davis leaves the 459th with a legacy of award-winning service. His retirement ceremony was officiated by 459th SFS Commander Maj. Thomas Lowe at The Courses at Andrews (Golf Course & Club) on Aug. 12, 2023.
