Patrice Akakpo, a U.S. Air Force Reserve aircraft technician assigned to the 459th Air Refueling Wing, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, is conducting pre-flight checks and making sure the primary and secondary oxygen systems are full on a KC-135 Stratotanker during Arctic Challenge Exercise 2021, at Rovaniemi Air Base, Finland, June 14.
