A pinwheel in a garden in front of the Malcom Grow Medical Clinics and Surgery Center on Joint Base Andrews, Md., is used to raise awareness of child abuse during Child Abuse Prevention Month, April 19, 2018. Nearly 400 pinwheels were placed in various locations on base.
