Wing participates in Pilot for a Day

Carolyn Shaffer, pilot for a day, and 1st. Lt. Caitlyn Potts, a pilot with the 756th Air Refueling Squadron, press buttons on a KC-135R Stratotanker April 28, 2017, at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. Shaffer is diagnosed with Acute Myloid Leukemia and is the 20th pilot for a day. Pilot for a Day is a program which grants children who are diagnosed with cancer the experience of being an aviator for a day.
