CODEL takes flight, sees Reserve refueling
Colonel David A. Owens, 459th Air Refueling Wing commander, gives a briefing about the 459th’s mission and the Reserve’s contribution to total force to a group of congressional representatives and staffers at Moody Air Force Base, Ga., May 20. The 459th flew the congressional delegation from Moody, where they witnessed an air power demonstration, back to the National Capital Region.
