ST. CROIX, U.S.VIRGIN ISLANDS -- Senior Airman Mary Elizabeth Young, 439th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron medical technician, subdues simulated patient Lt. Col. Vanessa Mattox, 459th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron commander, during an in-flight exercise. Ten members of the 439th AES joined 459th AES members in a blended AE training mission to the island.
