ST. CROIX, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS -- Maj. Bryan Castle, 439th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron flight nurse, simulates subduing Senior Airman Carl Stewart II, 459th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron medical technician, as Staff Sgt. Kevin Preston calls out procedures during an in-flight exercise. Airman Stewart simulated a mentally impaired passenger who attempted to open cabin doors during the flight. Ten members of the 439th AES joined more than a dozen 459th AES members in a blended AE training mission to the island.
