All aboard
ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE, Md. -- Lt. Col. Richard Neely, an executive officer with the Illinois Air National Guard 183rd Fighter Wing, talks to fellow visitors aboard a KC-135 Stratotanker during the "Center of Influence" visit here March 8. About a dozen civilian and military senior leaders came here to tour base facilities and learn how leadership support of Guard and Reserve is vital to national defense. The visitors come to Washington, D.C., at the invitation of the Illinois Adjutant General in the interest of promoting the total force concept.
