Total Force training
Airmen from the 36th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and the 43rd AES treat simulated patient, Staff Sgt. Nikolaus Falcon, 43rd AES, for combat injuries during an in-flight exercise June 26. The Total Force Integration of aeromedical evacuation specialists from the Reserve and regular Air Force was the theme behind a three-day training mission that took place on a KC-135R Stratotanker. The 459th AES also participated in the blended training by providing hands-on instruction on Patient Support Pallet operations. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Steve Lewis)
