Ludacris performs for the troops

FORT MEADE, Md. -- Grammy-winning rapper, Ludacris, backed up by vocals from fellow rapper, Lil Fate, performs for a crowd of over 1,000 servicemembers, federal employees, friends and family at the Fort Meade Pavilion here Nov 6. Ludacris partnered with Air Force Reserve Command Recruiting Service and Blaine Warren Advertising to host a special event for servicemembers and potential Air Force Reservists as part of the recruiting service's initiative, "Get 1 Now - Refer a Friend Tour." In order to reach potential new Reservists, Reserve recruiting is bringing popular music artists to perform for servicemembers and others who participate in the recruiting campaign. The next scheduled event in this area is Usher on Dec. 17. (U.S. Air Force photo/ Capt. Rebecca A. Garcia)
