U.S. Congressman honors Aeromedical Evacuation Airmen
JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- Senior Airman Joshua Powell, 779th Medical Operations Squadron respiratory therapist, poses with U.S. Congressman Mike Thompson and a copy of the U.S. House of Representative Resolution 1605 at the Canon House Office Building, Washington DC Nov. 17. Airman Powell joined other Team Andrews servicemembers from various medical-related career fields in meeting Congressman Thompson in DC. Congressman Thompson sponsored the passing of House Resolution 1605, which recognizes all Airmen who support the Aeromedical Evacuation mission.
