Usher meets with Joint Base Andrews servicemembers

JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- R&B artist, Usher, records a Public Service Announcement with servcemembers stationed here Dec. 17. Along with recording the PSA, Usher also toured a KC-135 Stratotanker from the 459th Air Refueling Wing and other facilities on base.
