VOLK FIELD. Wis. -- Senior Master Sgt. David Stevens, 167th Airlift Wing cadre instructor from Martinsburg, W. Va., shows 459th Air Refueling Airmen from Joint Base Andrews, Md., how to mark a vehicle contaminated with a simulated chemical agent during an Operational Readiness Training Program here Aug. 17.
