Chaplain holds Sept. 11 remembrance service
JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- Capt. Matthew Smith, 459th Air Refueling Wing chaplain, provides a sermon during a Sept. 11 remembrance service here. The September Reserve weekend also marked the tenth of anniversary of Sept. 11.
