Civic Leaders learn about Total Force mission during tour
JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Honorary commanders and civic leaders from Joint Base Andrews, Md., are greeted by active-duty and Reserve Airmen here Sept. 20 after landing for a two-day Civic Leader Tour. The CLT participants arrived on a KC-135 Stratotanker from the Reserve 459th Air Refueling Wing and were accompanied by Col. Russell A. Muncy, 459th ARW commander, and Col. Kenneth R. Rizer, 11th Wing and Joint Base Andrews commander. The honorary commanders had the opportunity to tour areas like the active-duty 437th Aerial Port Squadron and a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft from the 300th Airlift Squadron.
