459 ARW take part in 16th Annual Polar Bear Plunge
ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- 459th Air Refueling Wing Airmen joined thousands in taking an icy dip in the Chesapeake Bay Saturday, Jan. 28, 2011, to help raise money for the Maryland Special Olympics.
