459th MXG bids farewell to former commander

JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- Col. Maureen G. Banavige, former 459th Maintenance Group commander, relinquishes the guidon to Col. William H. Mason, 459th Air Refueling Wing commander, during a change of command ceremony here Dec. 9, 2012.
