2013 scholarship application opportunity Published Feb. 27, 2013 By 459th Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- The Andrews Officers' Spouses' Club (AOSC) has scholarship opportunities available for dependents of active duty, guard and reserve personnel assigned to or living on Joint Base Andrews or in the National Capital Region (all tenant units and branches of service are eligible to apply). Dependents of retired/deceased military members or current AOSC members in good standing may also apply. Scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors, current college students and military spouses pursuing higher education. Applications must be postmarked no later than April 15, 2013.
