JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- The 69th Aerial Port Squadron held a change of command here, Nov. 17.

Maj. Robert Hamilton assumes command of the 69 APS from Lt. Col. Bruce Carper, who is now serving as the 512th Mission Support Group commander at Dover Air Force Base, Del.

Prior to taking command of the 69 APS, Hamilton filled the role as United States Air Force Europe plans and programs officer for the 759th Logistics Readiness Flight.
