JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- Airman First Class Kevin Campbell is the 459th Air Refueling Wing's new snapshot member of the month for March.

The Laurel, Maryland native is now part of the 459th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron working as an air evacuation technician.

"My father was a reservist in the Army," said Campbell. "But I did Air Force ROTC in high school, and the Air Force Reserve just felt like a better fit for me."

This is Campbell's first assignment since graduating technical school February 14, 2015, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
He looks forward to deployments, being able to travel, and has his eyes on a possible commission once he finishes his degree.

The 459th Air Refueling Wing welcomes its newest member.
