JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- Lt. Col. Edward Buck takes command of the 69th Aerial Port Squadron in an assumption of command ceremony held here at the 459th Air Refueling Wing this weekend. Prior to taking command of the "Port Dawgs," Buck was an operations officer with the 759th Logisitics Readiness Flight. Both units are within the 459th ARW. Pictured with him is Col.
