JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- The 459th Air Refueling Wing Deputy Commander, Col. Roland Tsui completes his tour of leadership here at the 459th Air Refueling Wing. Col. Tsui is leaving the wing to become the Mobilization Assistant to the Director of Strategy, Plans, Programs, and Requirements at Pacific Air Forces. To thank him for his service here, the wing's leadership and Airmen gave Col. Tsui a sendoff at The Courses at Andrews on May 5, 2024. Col. Tsui took the deputy commander position at the 459th in October 2022.
