JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- Col. Ann Brown, 459th Mission Support Group Commander, retired from the Air Force March 5, 2023, at Joint Base Andrews, Md. Her retirement ceremony held at The Courses at Andrews caps more than 33 years of honorable, decorated service. Retired Maj. Gen. Randall Ogden was the presiding official of the ceremony. Gen. Ogden is also a former member of the 459th Air Refueling Wing.
