Get 1 Now program offers new incentive for recruiting Reservists Published Oct. 5, 2008 By Staff Reports Air Force Reserve Command ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Despite a competitive and challenging recruiting environment, Air Force Reserve Command has met the challenge of filling the Air Force Reserve ranks for eight consecutive years. Acting as seasoned Wingmen, all 67,000 of our Reservists across the country have played a key role in achieving this goal by using the "Get 1 Now" program to leverage success. Last year alone, we gained 415 new accessions through the "Get 1 Now" program. Today, we're making that program better. Recruiting Service has added bold new awards for Reservists who bring people into the Air Force Reserve. From iPods to flat-panel televisions, the prizes make a statement about how important "Get 1 Now" is to ensuring we meet our recruiting goals. "This is an important opportunity and I need your support to ensure this effort is a success," said Maj. Gen. Allan Poulin, Air Force Reserve Command vice commander, Robins Air Force Base, Ga.
