Duane Mangum. Sergeant Mangum will be the 459th Civil Engineering Squadron's training manager. He originally served as a training manager with the 514th CES at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. Residing in Alexandria, Va., Sergeant Mangum enjoys bowling, reading and coaching basketball. He's currently working on his doctorate in theological studies.
