459 ARW holds second NCO and SNCO induction ceremony of the year
JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- The 459th Air Refueling Wing held its second Non-comissioned officer and Senior Non-commissioned officer induction ceremony of 2011 in the Wing Auditorium here, Sept. 11, 2011. The induction ceremonies are sponsored by the wing's Top 3 organization and will be held at multiple times throughout the year for Airmen who have made the NCO and SNCO ranks.
