69 APS bids farewell to the Chief

Boyd Clendenen, 69 APS chief of combat readiness and training, during a retirement ceremony here Apr. 13, 2013. Chief Clendenen is retiring from the 459th Air Refueling Wing after 23 years in the U.S. Air Force, culminating nearly 30 years in the armed forces.
