JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. --  Col. David Owens, commander, 459th Air Refueling Wing, passes the squadron guidon to Col. Kimberly McCue, new commander, 459th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, on Aug. 5, 2017.
