JBA commander, 11 MDSS speak to state assembly on updated military spouse reciprocity
Master Sgt. Heather Kirscher, 11th Medical Support Squadron First Sergeant, speaks to the Maryland Education, Health and Environmental Affairs Committee on Senate Bill 280 in Annapolis, Md., Feb. 6, 2020. Kirscher spoke about Senate Bill 280, Occupational and Professional Licensing - Service Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses - Revisions to Reciprocity Requirements, and said by allowing spouses to use their professional licensing in this state for employment, this bill would positively affect the morale of the Air Force family.
