1. As an amendment to REFs A and B, this ALCGPSC announces DoD’s six-month delay of implementation of eligibility limitations to transfer Post-9/11 G.I. Bill benefits to qualifying dependents in REF C.  The new implementation date is 12 January 2020. Members are encouraged to review all changes to REF (A) available at the PSC PSD portal site: https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/units/psc/fs/GI%20bill/forms/allitems.aspx/

2. Members with questions concerning their submitted application to transfer benefits to dependents or obligated service requirements may contact Mr. Reidus Stokes Sr., Reidus.Stokes@uscg.mil or (202) 795-6643.
