Col. Randall Heusser took command of the 459th Operations Group over the Unit Training Assembly weekend during a change of command ceremony here at the 459th Air Refueling Wing. Prior to taking command at the 459th OG, Col. Heusser was the Military Assistant to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. And as we congratulate Col. Heusser, we must also say farewell to the outgoing commander, Col. Matthew Ihlenfeld. He is moving on, and we appreciate his service as a leader in the wing! Again, welcome to the wing Col.
